Our Delivery Process
When you order from ExpressOffice.dk ApS, we guarantee a full-service experience:
- Personal Delivery: All deliveries are handled directly by our team to ensure safe and timely arrival.
- Carry-In Service: We bring your furniture directly into your workplace, no matter the location or floor.
- Assembly & Installation: Depending on accessibility of your office we either carry-in your furniture or we professionally assemble on-site.
- Exact Placement: We place each item exactly where you need it in your office, ensuring everything is set up to your specifications.
Processing & Delivery Time
Once your order is placed, we process and prepare your furniture within few business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and amount you order.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery over NOK 4,995 and full-service setup in the following regions:
- Midtjylland
- Nordjylland
- Syddanmark
At this time, we do not operate in the following areas:
- Sjælland
- Hovedstaden
- Non-Landlocked Islands
- International Destinations
Order Tracking & Updates
We will keep you updated throughout the entire process. Once your order is ready, we will notify you to make sure that delivery time is suitable and provide any necessary updates.
While we strive for on-time delivery, unexpected events such as traffic or other disruptions may cause delays. We will keep you informed in case of any issues.
Returns and Exchanges
At ExpressOffice.dk ApS, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 8 days of delivery.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unscratched, fully functional and not defective.
- Receipt Requirement: Customers must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please fill out the form you can find bellow. Within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange we will provide you with further detailed instructions.
Refunds
- We organise Returns ourselves and thus we will arrive to your location to inspect items and take them. we will process your refund within 8 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- We reserve right to refuse Return or Exchange if the items are not in the original condition.
- There are no Exchange fees.
- For Return we will deduct 10% from the total amount unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item or wrong item delivered).
Damaged or Defective Items
After your furniture is delivered our fitters will ask for your signature to confirm that everything has been set up to your satisfaction. Please note that once the signature is provided, ExpressOffice.dk ApS is no longer responsible for any damages or issues that may occur. We encourage you to inspect your furniture carefully before signing.
Warranty and Support
At ExpressOffice.dk ApS, we stand by the quality of our furniture and are committed to providing excellent product support for our customers. Our warranty ensures that you receive long-lasting, high-quality products designed to meet your needs.
Warranty Coverage
- All products purchased from ExpressOffice.dk ApS are covered by at least 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. If an item has a longer warranty period, it is clearly stated on the item's product page.
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, careless handling, accidents, or modifications.
How to Claim Your Warranty
If you encounter any issues with your furniture that are covered under the warranty, please fill out the form you can find HERE. You will be asked to fill contact information, provide documentation. Within 3 days of receiving your order, we will assess the issue and if it is covered by the warranty, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund. to initiate a return or exchange we will provide you with further detailed instructions.

Exclusions
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than ExpressOffice.dk ApS or an authorized agent are not covered under warranty.
